BE PART OF THE HALF MARATHON ON THE SHELBY FARMS GREENLINE The Shelby Farms Greenline has re-energized our community, connected neighborhoods and become one of Memphis' most loved amenities. This half marathon is a benefit race supporting the trail. The Shelby Farms Greenline is managed and operated by Shelby Farms Park Conservancy--a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Your registration fee helps maintain the trail you love. Greenline 1/2 Marathon has received ReSport Certification with the Council for Responsible Sport as the first sustainable running event in Tennessee. Our goal: lower the carbon footprint to Shelby Farms Park and the city of Memphis through this running event. Our Impact: Continue to be known as a leader in green sustainable practice encouraging others to adopt our environmental safeguards. Important dates and times you should remember: Saturday, October 12 2pm-5 pm: Packet Pick-Up Party at Visitor Center; No participant transfers! Enjoy live music from talented Memphis musicians. Sunday, October 13 6am-7:30am: Participant check-in (you can also check in between 2pm-5pm on Oct. 12) 8am: Greenline Half Marathon Start 10am-12pm: Post-Race Party at Shelby Farms Park Visitor Center - delicious buffet + entertainment (Lunch free for race participants ONLY) FAQ Parking will be at the Shelby Farms Park Visitor Center on the morning of the race (500 North Pine Lake Drive) Walkers are welcome, as long as you can finish within four hours. NO strollers or baby-joggers!
